Terms of Service

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Keeping your account information up to date

As a content creator, you may sell your travel itineraries and content:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You set your own pricing for your content
• Content must be original and based on personal experiences
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your content
• Prohibited content includes illegal, harmful, or misleading information

When purchasing content from other users:

• Content is for personal use only
• Sharing purchased content with others is prohibited
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of user-generated content

Our community thrives on respectful interaction:

• Be respectful and constructive in discussions
• No harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Report violations to our moderation team

Financial terms for our marketplace:

• Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Connect). We use destination charges. The platform collects its fee via application_fee_amount.
• Preset itineraries: payment is captured immediately; funds appear in the seller’s Stripe balance.
• Custom orders: payment is captured immediately; payout to the seller’s bank occurs only after buyer approval (or auto‑approval per policy).
• Platform fee (tiered, USD): 15% < $30, 12% $30–$119.99, 10% $120–$299.99, 8% ≥ $300, with a $0.85 minimum.
• Processing fee: a buyer‑paid fee is shown at checkout to cover Stripe card fees so the seller nets their listed price.
• Prices and charges are shown in USD unless otherwise specified. FX and payout fees (if any) are borne by the seller.

• Sellers may subscribe to a membership plan for enhanced features. See our pricing page for current rates.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; benefits remain until the end of the paid period.
• Subscription fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.

Onboarding and capabilities

Sellers must complete Stripe Express onboarding. Your account must show charges_enabled and payouts_enabled before selling and withdrawing funds.

Payout currency and FX

We currently charge in USD. Destination charges credit your Stripe balance; Stripe may convert to your bank currency at payout and apply FX/fees.

Release timing

• Preset itineraries: credited to your Stripe balance after buyer payment.
• Custom orders: payout to your bank occurs only after buyer approval (or auto‑approval after the published window). Until then, funds remain in your Stripe balance.
• Availability and payout timing depend on Stripe/banks (typically hours; sometimes 1–3 business days).

Fees payer

The connected account is liable for Stripe processing fees and losses; the platform collects an application fee on each sale.

Balance availability & retries

Payouts require available balance. If a payout fails due to insufficient balance or restrictions, we retry when funds become available or issues are resolved.

Refunds, chargebacks, disputes

Payouts may be withheld, adjusted, or reversed for refunds, disputes, fraud, or policy violations. You agree to cooperate with evidence requests. We may apply set‑offs to future payouts.

Compliance and information

You must provide accurate information and documents requested by Stripe or regulators. Failure to do so may pause payouts or listings.

Payout schedule

By default, we configure a manual payout schedule to protect buyers on custom orders. We may reset payout settings that conflict with marketplace safety or policy.

Taxes

You are responsible for reporting, collecting, and remitting applicable taxes. Where required by law, we or Stripe may collect/withhold amounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake or misleading content
• Infringing on others' intellectual property
• Attempting to manipulate the marketplace
• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Spamming or excessive self-promotion
